Tanker carrying diesel explodes near school in Abuja

It was said that a tank explosion occurred at Kingdom Heritage Model School located in the Jahi area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. 

The parents of the school rushed to pick up their children following a tanker explosion. 

The incident occurred at about 11:30 am on Monday, October 17, when the tanker loaded with diesel tipped over on its way to supply a gas station. 

  

LIB reported that the school belongs to Living Faith Church, popularly known as Winners Chapel, owned by Bishop David Oyedepo.

 

However officers of the FCT Fire Service were at th scene to put out the raging fire  and no life was lost.
