Ex Chelsea star, Hasselbaink names one Arsenal player who is very difficult to stop

Former Chelsea star, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, has named Arsenal's most important player in the squad.

The Gunners have been enjoying a great run so far this term winning their last 12 games in the Premier League.

Arsenal moved five points clear after their 2-0 win over Wolverhampton on Saturday, this means that Mikel Arteta side will be top of the Premier League table on Christmas day.

Following last night result, Hasselbaink said it is very hard for an opponent to stop Odegaard when he moves with the ball.

According to him, the Norway international is very dangerous when he moves with the ball into the opponent box.

“When he plays like that and especially in the second-half and he takes the ball and he runs at people he is very, very difficult to play against,” Hasselbaink told Sky Sports.

“He is hard to stop. Here, his first touch isn’t great, but he counter-presses and he wins the ball and then he is a danger, but he keeps his head up and gives it to Zinchenko, and then Odegaard finds a moment again and is very calm, and it is a great finish."

Martin Odegaard scored twice in the second half of the game at the Molineux stadium on Saturday. 

The Norway international scored both goals from six yards out of Wolves box. 

While describing Odegaard second goal, Hasselbaink said: “It is not a simple finish, it is not easy, but he stays very calm. Here he gets the ball, gets a touch and gets it down and just puts it in the side net, and as Jamie already spoke about, he is very, very important to Arsenal.”
