Manchester United are preparing for their weekend clash with Aston Villa. 

The Red Devils will travel to Villa Park on Sunday against Unia Emery who will take charge of Villa for the first time. 

Recall that Manchester United recorded 1-0 win over Real Sociedad in their final group stage in Europa League. 

18 years old Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho scored the only goal of the game after he received an assist from his idol in Cristiano Ronaldo. 

Although Manchester United finished second in the group as the needed to beat Sociedad more than two goals. 

The players were seen undergoing their recovery session after the Europa League game. 
Erik Den Hag side will wait until Monday to confirm their next opponent in the round of 32. 

Manchester United players were spotted training in Spain ahead of Sunday's Premier League game. The Red Devils are yet to return to England until Saturday. 

While speaking to the media ahead of Aston Villa game, Erik Den has given update on availability of Antony, Jadon Sancho and Anthony Martial. All three were left out of the squad that travelled to Spain.

Erik Den Hag said: "It's difficult to say in this moment," the boss admitted in his pre-match press conference. "I have to talk with the medical and the performance team as they did a programme in Manchester. I have to hear how their progress was and if they can be available for Sunday's match."



It's been gathered that Raphael Varane remains absent while fellow defenders Brandon Williams and Axel Tuanzebe have also been out due to injury.
