Southampton have confirmed the sack of  Ralph Hasenhüttl following their weekend defeat to Newcastle. 

The Saints suffered 4-1 defeat to inform Newcastle on Sunday in their match day 14 fixture. 
The 53-year-old tatican has been allowed to the leave Saint Mary's after five years with the South Coast club.

Reportminds Blog understands that Ralph Hasenhüttl sack came after 4-1 defeat against Newcastle United at the St Mary's Stadium on Sunday.

Its understood that Saints have only won three games this season as they sit in 18 position with 12 points. 

Southampton released an official statement on their website to confirm the sacking of Ralph Hasenhüttl on Monday morning.

"Southampton Football Club can confirm it has parted company with Men’s First Team Manager Ralph Hasenhüttl," the club confirmed.

If you recall that Ralph Hasenhüttl took charge of Southampton in 2018 after he left Bundesliga side RB Leipzig. 

Southampton have confirmed that, "first Team Assistant Coach Richard Kitzbichler has also today left the club."
