On Boxing Day, Arsene Wenger was in the crowd at the Emirates Stadium to watch Arsenal overcome a deficit and defeat West Ham.
Since stepping down as Arsenal manager in 2018, Wenger's first public appearance at the Emirates was this one.


All three of Arsenal's Premier League titles in 1998, 2002, and 2004 were led by manager Arsene Wenger.

The retired football manager looked to have graced the Premier League him fixture for Arsenal at the Emirates stadium on Monday night. 

In the 27 minutes, that Benrahma penalty kick had given West Ham the lead despite having most the possession in the game. 

Eddie Nketiah, Gabriel Martinelli, and Bukayo Saka all scored in the second half, giving Wenger and the rest of the home crowd plenty to cheer about.
The fans started to cheer the name of the Arsene Wenger after watching their team playing some intricate passes. 

The victory for Arsenal sees the Gunners move seven points clear at the top of the table. 
Meanwhile, former Arsenal legendary striker, Thierry Henry was seen at the stadium as well. 

The retired French footballer regarded as one of Arsenal's best players of all times, waved at the fans as he walked all the way to his seat.
