After earlier draws for rivals, Arsenal's victory at Brighton ensures that they move seven points clear at the top of the league.

Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, Eddie Nketiah, and Gabriel Martinelli all scored goals in what appeared to be an easy victory.

With goals at 3-0 and 4-1, Brighton rallied and made the game tense before having a third goal disallowed late in the game.

Bukayo Saka's early goal set them up for success, though they had to work harder than the final score indicated.

Early in the game, the England star displayed excellent poise to take the ball down and finish beyond Robert Sánchez.

The 18-year-old Evan Ferguson scored his first Premier League goal by latching onto a long pass and taking advantage of a William Saliba mistake.

After Kaoru Mitoma's attempt to put the hosts within one goal of Arsenal in the extra six minutes, but it was disallowed by VAR, the visitors nearly experienced a lot of anxiety.
