Cristiano Ronaldo looked happy as he joined Portugal team mates in training despite being dropped

Prior to Saturday's World Cup quarterfinal matchup against Morocco, Cristiano Ronaldo was seen grinning widely during Portugal's pregame warmup.

The former Manchester United star was seen looking lively during their afternoon training with the rest of Portugal team mates. 

There were reports that Cristiano The was unhappy with Fernando Santos who dropped him in their last game. 

With accusations the veteran is generating conflict in the team camp and the high-profile forward refuting reports he planned to quit the competition after being dropped, he has continuously garnered unfavorable press coverage during the tournament.

However, the 37-year-old former Manchester United star Ronaldo was all smiles on Friday as he prepared with his teammates for the crucial knockout match that would take place the following weekend.

On Saturday in the afternoon, Portugal will play the African team for a chance to advance to the tournament's semifinals in Qatar.
