"I made history with Morocco" - Nigerian journalist Pooja reacts after watching Morocco beat Portugal to reach World Cup semi final

Nigerian sport journalist Pooja has taken to his social media space to share his excitement about covering Morocco historic win over Portugal.

The North African side recorded 1-0 win over Portugal in the quarter-final stage of the ongoing World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

Morocco became the first African team to reach the semi final stage after Youssef Elnesri scored the only goal of the game.

Pooja, who is a photo journalist shared a snap of himself inside the stadium with the caption which reads:

"I made history with Morocco 🇲🇦 at Al Thumama stadium in Qatar as the first AFRICAN TEAM to make the SEMIFINALS of the World Cup"

In the mean time, Walid Regragui side will now have to wait for the winner between England vs France later tonight.
