Morocco player kissed Pepe on the head after he missed his chance to equalize for Portugal

Morocco have written their names in the history book after they defeat Portgual in the quarter final stage. 

The North African side claimed 1-0 win over Fernando Santos men on Saturday to advance into the semi final. 

The Atlas Lions of Morocco became the first African team to reach the semi final in the Fifa World Cup. 

Meanwhile Morocco player was seen kissing the head of Portugal defender Pepe. 

The center back missed his chance for a late equalizer for his Portgual side in what could have stretched the game to extra time.
