Paul Okoye and Anita's marriage is dissolved by the High court in Abuja

Anita Okoye and Paul Okoye's divorce was previously granted by the Abuja High Court in Maitama.

Keep in mind that Anita Okoye filed for divorce in August 2021 after eight years of marriage.

In support of her decision to divorce her husband, Anita Okoye cited the following five primary factors: fraud, a false separation, being an absent parent, cheating, and challenging experiences

As a result, she requested a monthly settlement of $20,000 and a number of Paul's homes.

Anita had previously claimed in her divorce petition, which was signed by her attorneys Ojonimi Akpe and Okutepa J.S., that she gave Paul N10 million in exchange for space at the mall he had just finished in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

However, she claimed that Paul Okoye had defrauded her of the deal.

In its ruling on the case on October 20, 2022, the court only granted joint custody of the children to the parties.

Despite the fact that Paul is believed to be dating a younger woman, Anita is currently in the United States with their three children.
