PSG star Kylian Mbappe has taken to his social media space to express his disappointment about France defeat in FIFA World Cup final.
The Les Blues who are the defending champion of the world cup fell after penalty shoot out against Argentina over the weekend.
After scoring a hat-trick in the World Cup final, Mbappe nearly single-handedly led France to the FIFA World Cup victory. However, Mbappe was still on the losing end as Argentina won on penalties following a dramatic 3-3 draw.
Following France's defeat, the PSG star sent a defiant three-word statement on Twitter early on Monday.
'We will return,' he wrote on his social media feed.
According to Reportminds Blog, Kylian Mbappe appeared to be anticipating the 2026 World Cup, which will take place in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Mbappe beat Lionel Messi to the FIFA World Cup in Qatar Golden Boot after scoring eight goals in seven games.
The French international is currently tied with Pele in terms of goals scored with 12 in the two World Cups in which he has competed.
