Manchester City have been boosted with the return of 22 years old striker Julian Alvarez from his World Cup break.
It's been gathered that Alvarez returned from Argentina after being given few days due to World Cup participation.
Julian Alvarez participated in training with Manchester City on Friday ahead of their Premier League matchup with Everton.

After his contribution to their World Cup victory in Qatar less than a fortnight ago, Alvarez had been given time off to celebrate with his family.
Alvarez, however, returned to Manchester earlier than anticipated and trained with the group later that afternoon on Friday December 30th 2022.
The Argentine striker could be available for Manchester City clash against Chelsea the following week, and Alvarez might even play in the Everton game on Saturday.
This weekend, City will try to put some pressure on Arsenal in an effort to get closer to the league-leading team.
On Saturday, hours before the Gunners play at Brighton, Pep Guardiola's team plays Everton at Etihad Stadium
