A live baby shark egg washed up on the shore, and TikToker and fisherman Xander de Beer (@Zoo Look Fishing) brought it home to hatch. The strange appearance of the animal and the fact that some sharks can lay eggs at all have the audience in awe right now.

You don't come across a shark egg with a live baby shark still developing inside of it every day. De Beer chose to take care of the one he discovered on a South African beach near his home in the hopes of eventually releasing it back into the water, assuming it survives the remainder of its incubation period.


A live baby shark egg washed up on the beach by TikToker, who then took it home to hatch it with fisherman Xander de Beer (@Zoo Look Fishing). Now viewers are amazed by the strange appearance of the animal and the fact that some sharks can actually lay eggs.


You don't come across a shark egg with a developing live baby shark inside of it every day. Therefore, when de Beer discovered one near his South African home on a beach, he decided to take care of it in the hopes of eventually releasing it back into the ocean, assuming it survives the remainder of its incubation period.The fact that sharks can lay eggs, much less ones that resemble keychains, astounded viewers.
