Instagram blocked my account because of millions of messages I received after winning World Cup - Lionel Messi

PSG star Lionel Messi has revealed that his social media space was blocked following millions of messages after World Cup.

The 35-year-old played an excellent role in Argentina winning the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. 

Lionel who was named the player of the tournament ensured he guided the Albiceleste to claim the trophy, beating France in the final. 

The former Barcelona forward scored twice in the final against the Les Blues, which ended 3-3 after 120 minutes.

The game needed to be settled in a penalty shoot out in which Lionel Scaloni side came out victorious. 

As quoted by ESPN, Lionel Messi said that his Instagram account was blocked due to the millions of messages he received a day.
