After joining Arsenal, Trossard informs Arteta of his desired position ahead of his debut match this weekend.

The Gunners fans were thrown into frenzy mode after Leandro Trossard completed his long term move to the Emirates Stadium.

Leandro Trossard, an Arsenal winger who just completed a move from Brighton, has discussed his favourite position.

The Gunners have acquired Trossard in a £27 million deal. Reportminds Blog understands that the Belgian will wear shirt no 19.

Arsenal, who are the Premier League leaders will pay £20 million up front and an additional £7 million in add-ons.

In 16 league games this season, Trossard has seven goals and three assists.
On Sunday against Manchester United, the 28-year-old will be looking to make his professional debut.

“I like to be in the pocket behind the striker. On the wings, I can explore myself as well.

“I’m comfortable in either of those positions but if I were to choose, behind the striker – but it all depends on the system.

“I think I’m good in 1v1s. I’m composed in the box, so if I get chances, I can finish them off,” Trossard told the club’s official website
