Raheem Sterling return to Chelsea training with braided hairstyle and three other senior players makes injury return

Following the draw against Liverpool over the weekend, Chelsea players returned to the Cobham training facility this evening.

The Graham Potter team continues to get ready for their impending Premier League encounter against Fulham on February 3 at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea were unable to score as they shared the point with Liverpool at Anfield last week which means they remain in 10th position in the EPL table.

The Blues have been boosted with the return of some senior players into the team.

During their training session this afternoon, Raheem Sterling, 28, was snapped smiling as he returned to the group.

The former Manchester City forward has been out of action since the past few weeks due to an injury.

Sterling looked to be rocking a braided hairstyle as he worked on the treadmill.

Another boost for Chelsea is the return of Reece James. The 24-year-old English defender suffered a relapse of his long time injury last year December.

It seems Potter might not want to rush James back into action as he continues his steady progress.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek will be a good addition into the Chelsea midfield given the absence of likes of N’Golo Kante, Christian Pulisic, Kovacic, Zakaria due to injuries.

Finally, Ben  Chilwell continues to train as he builds his fitness. The full back has been out of action since last year where he suffered injury in UEFA Champions League clash with AC Milan.
