Dino, the PDP party agent, had requested that Yakubu Mahmood, the chairman of INEC, permit the results from the states recorded at the state collation centers be projected on one of the center's screens so party agents in attendance can compare them with what the Resident Electoral Commissioners from each state are presenting.
The chairman, on the other hand, disregarded his request and suggested that party agents at the state levels should have voiced their concerns at the time of the election if there were any discrepancies in the results.
Dino then suggested that it should be required of party agents to certify that the results they are announcing match those that have been uploaded to the INEC server.
Dino shouted, "Suspend the collation exercise until the Collation officers are made to say my proposed declaration," after the INEC chairman rejected his proposal.
