Mohamed Elneny extended his contract with Arsenal by one year, keeping him with the club through 2024.

The midfielder from Egypt, who had previously played for Basel, joined the Gunners in 2016 and will now spend his eighth season at the Emirates Stadium after pledging his future to the north London club through 2024.
He has been with the team the longest and has vowed to "give everything" to see Arsenal succeed.
Elneny, who spent seven years at Arsenal and made 155 appearances, has earned a place once again in Mikel Arteta's plans following his loan to Besiktas for the 2019–20 campaign.
