“The big club goes through to the next round" - Alejandro Garnacho mocks Barcelona and Pedri after Man United knocked them out of Europa League

After last night's victory over Barcelona by Manchester United, Alejandro Garnacho made fun of Pedri.

Six minutes after coming off the bench to replace Jadon Sancho, Garnacho helped Antony score the game-winning goal.

Wild celebrations broke out at Old Trafford as a result of the victory, and Garnacho marked the occasion by imitating midfielder Pedri of Barcelona.

Pedri has explained that the gesture is a tribute to his father, who wears glasses, and does it when he scores goals by covering his eyes to simulate wearing glasses.

Garnacho uploaded a picture of himself covering his eyes with his hands, along with the following message: “The big club goes through to the next round.”
