The 27-year-old forward's return to team practice on Wednesday gave Manchester United encouragement.
Since getting hurt in the memorable 2-1 derby victory over Manchester City in mid-January, the French forward has only appeared on the field once for the Red Devils.
In the second leg of the Carabao Cup semifinal against Nottingham Forest on February 1, he came back as a substitute and scored the first goal in a 2-0 victory. However, he has since been sidelined once more.
This season, the 27-year-old has six goals across all competitions, including one in his lone Europa League game, a 3-2 group-stage victory at Omonia Nicosia back in October.
Raphael Varane and Casemiro were both in attendance at the Carrington training facility, while midfielder Marcel Sabitzer was reportedly missing in training which means he would be missing the Betis match.
Manchester United's subsequent Premier League game is scheduled at home against Southampton on Sunday.
