The Premier League Save of the Month for February has been nominated for Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale's outstanding save against Aston Villa.
Leon Bailey's goal-bound shot in the 82nd minute, which appeared to be going in, was stopped by Ramsdale after the Villa winger burst forward down the right flank.
Aaron, on the other hand, displayed excellent reflexes to deflect it onto the crossbar and keep the score at 2-2, which enabled Arsenal to eventually score twice in extra time and secure a crucial three points.
David de Gea of Manchester United, who has two selections from the same game against Leicester City, will be a tough competitor for Aaron Ramsdale, and Kepa Arrizabalaga's rejection of Andreas Pereira of Fulham will also be a factor.
Along with Jordan Pickford's tip onto the woodwork against Aston Villa, Allison, the goalkeeper for Liverpool, is also nominated for the prize for a save he made against Newcastle United.
