After the victory, Arsenal reclaimed a five-point advantage over the competition at the top of the Premier League standings.
Moreover, Jesus made his first Arsenal appearance since November during the game as a late replacement after recovering from a knee injury.
The 24-year-old was introduced into the game with 13 minutes left as he replaced Gabriel Martinelli.
It was Jesus first game after four months since he suffered the knee injury at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Taking to his social media space, he expressed his excitement about his return with the caption: "So happy to be back. And feels like i never left... What a win from this group! Let's go, gunners!"
Up next for Arsenal is an home game against Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League.
Recall that the Gunners played a 2-2 draw in Portugal in the first leg.
It's uncertain if Jesus will start the game. Although, Mikel Arteta has stated that Gabriel Jesus will have to fight for his place.
