
The driver of the Lagos State Civil Service personnel vehicle that collided with a train on Thursday, March 9, at the PWD/ Shogunle railway line on the Agege motorway in Lagos has pleaded with the accident's victims to pardon him.

Oluwaseun Osinbajo, the 44-year-old driver, allegedly disregarded the instructions of the Nigerian Railway officer who flagged down the bus at the rail line by driving with his earphone in place.
Reportminds.com is aware of The bus's mechanical malfunction, according to the driver, was to blame for the event.
Osinbajo was moved to the State Criminal Intelligence and Investigations Department from the Lagos State Ministry of Transportation (SCID).
Several of his relatives who were waiting for him there reportedly overheard him narrating to them.
Six people lost their lives in the disaster, while more than 80 others suffered injuries. 32 people have already been released.
