Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson, both former managers of Manchester United and Arsenal, have been elected into the Premier League Hall of Fame. With a record 13 trophies, Ferguson, 81, is the most successful manager in Premier League history.

Throughout his 22-year tenure as the Gunners' manager, Wenger led them to three league championships. The Frenchman guided the "Invincibles" of Arsenal to a league-winning, undefeated season in 2003–04.

The first two managers to be honored in the Hall of Fame are Wenger and Ferguson. David Beckham, Dennis Bergkamp, Eric Cantona, Thierry Henry, Roy Keane, Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard, and Alan Shearer were the first individuals to be inducted into the Hall of Fame when it was established in 2021.

The following players were added in the previous year: Ian Wright, Didier Drogba, Vincent Kompany, Wayne Rooney, Peter Schmeichel, Paul Scholes, and Sergio Aguero.

From 1986 to 2013, Ferguson led Manchester United to three consecutive league victories on two different occasions.
