"I didn't pay any money" - What Man City star Riyad Mahrez said after Twitter restored his Blue tick

Algerian striker Riyad Mahrez of Manchester City instantly posted on his page to inform his followers of the current situation on Twitter.
The Manchester City foward has revealed that his Twitter blue tick has been restored after it was initially removed.

Some of Twitter's users claim that the blue tick has reappeared after it was recently deleted for non-subscription.

If you recall that Twitter previously removed its blue mark from users who don't pay their membership fee, a change that thousands of its users opposed.

The most recent Twitter user to inform his followers of the tick's return is Riyad Mahrez, whose club just advanced to the FA Cup final few days.

Mahrez scored hat-trick in Manchester City's 3-0 win over Sheffield United in the semifinal at Wembley Stadium.

Taking to his Twitter timeline, Riyad Mahrez posted, “no I didn’t pay for the blue tick” accompanied by smiley emoji

Meanwhile, Mahrez is expected to be in Pep Guardiola's line up against Arsenal later tonight in the Premier League game.
