Oluwatobi Ogunmola, a 400-level student who was reported missing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, LAUTECH, Oyo state, has been discovered dead.
This week, Ogunmola was reported missing.
His corpse was discovered hanging in a bush at Gambari in Ogbomoso, in the Surulere Local Government area of the state, according to a source on campus who spoke with newsmen.
Ogunmola, a student in the university's Physics Department, was reportedly also a solar system consultant and a mobile phone technician.
Adeleke Abel Ayoade, a friend of the late Ogunmola on Facebook, posted a memorial on his page to express his condolences to the grieving family.
In a letter to the family of Ogunmola Taiwo, Ayode expressed sympathy for their loss of a son who had been discovered dead. Everyone was shocked by the tragedy, but the residents of Gambari in Ogbomoso were particularly shocked.
"Very calm and dignified, brother. We ask God to comfort the bereaved family and provide the deceased's soul peace," he said.
