Lionel Messi arrives in Barcelona alongside his family amid possible return to Nou Camp in the summer

In light of rumors regarding a stunning return to the Nou Camp this summer, Lionel Messi was seen in Barcelona with his family.

In spite of the fact that Messi's PSG contract is set to end in June, it is still unknown where he will play football in the next campaign. At the beginning of the year, he was scheduled to sign a new contract with the French champions, but no deal has been reached.

Two years after he departed the Catalan giants, Barcelona has now left the door open for him to come back to Spain.

With PSG not playing again until next Sunday, Messi reportedly traveled back to Barcelona this weekend with his family and 15 luggage.

Barcelona wants to re-sign the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner, but in order to do so, they must solve their dire financial problems.

Barcelona recently met with Messi's father and agent Jorge, and when a fan inquired earlier this month, club president Joan Laporta looked sure that the Argentine star will return.
