Marcus Rashford departed Manchester United's game with an injury but still linked up with small boy with his jersey.

Marcus Rashford, a striker for Manchester United, left his team's victory against Everton ten minutes early due to what seemed to be a groin injury.

After defeating Everton 2-0 at Old Trafford, the Red Devils made another significant step toward Champions League qualifying.

The Red Devils climbed back up to third in the standings with a desperately needed win, only their second in the league since mid-February, thanks to goals from Scott McTominay and Anthony Martial.

It took United 36 minutes to score despite outshooting the Toffees in the first half (20 shots overall), with Antony hitting the post and Aaron Wan-Bissaka missing a clear chance before McTominay did.

In the second half, Martial secured the victory, but Bruno Fernandes stole the show with his dominance in the middle of the field, shielding United's defense while igniting the attack for his team.

How long Rashford will be out is unknown, but the boss said that things don't seem promising.

Erik Den Hag told BT Sport in a post-game interview: "We have to wait, it doesn’t look well. Once again, it is due to the schedule. You cannot play 3 games in 6 days." 

After having to leave the field due to an injury, Marcus Rashford took the time to give this little supporter his uniform.
