Due to Florentino Perez, the president of Real Madrid, being a major admirer of the 24-year-old, there have been rumors that he may go to the Santiago Bernabéu.
According to reports, Mbappe was on the verge of signing with Real Madrid last year until he decided to sign a lavish contract extension with PSG.
One of the prominent figures in the dressing room at Parc des Princes, Kylian Mbappe is said to not get along well with his manager Christopher Galtier.
This follows their elimination this season from the UEFA Champions League.
As he competes for a bigger leadership position, Mbappe is said to have had arguments with teammates in the locker room this season, but he is by no means the first player to get himself in drama at the Parc des Princes. PSG's head coach Christophe Galtier is likely to be fired after the season since the club is already eliminated from the Champions League.
PSG was eliminated from the tournament after losing to Bayern Munich in both legs of its matchups.
Kylian Mbappe recently said in an interview that he is not focused on winning the Champions League since he has previously advanced to three club finals.
"The next step? Winning the Champions League," Mbappe told France 3. "I have already made a final, semi-final, quarter-final, round of 16."
He continued by saying that he will continue to honor his contract and that he is determined to helping the team win.
In Mbappe words: "I have done everything but win. That's all I need. Where [I want to do it]? In Paris. I'm a Parisian and under contract. So it's PSG."
