Following their 3-0 loss to Manchester City in the Champions League quarterfinal, the German powerhouses have returned home.
The Premier League winners are in a dominating lead thanks to goals from Rodri, Bernardo Silva, and Erling Haaland.
After the Sane and Mane encounter in the first leg, tempers allegedly rose, according to the German publication Bild.
Mane reportedly hit Sane in the mouth after becoming enraged after an on-field confrontation with the former City player.
Sane is said to have had a lip injury in the rumored altercation, and the winger was afterwards seen attempting to hide his face.
Thomas Tuchel, the manager of Bayern Munich, was seen conversing with Mane during a training session and looked to be pleading with him.
The former Liverpool player and Sane were also seen awkwardly standing next to one another while both sporting gloomy expressions.
