Ijoba Lande, a comedian and actor who specializes in Yoruba films, recently apologized to Nigerians in a heartfelt Instagram message.
The comedian shared the video on his Instagram page, admitting that it was wrong for him to have killed himself and that it went against God's will.
He said that he is aware that being gone for a few days has angered his friends, coworkers, and family, and that he has caused them all grief by making them look for him everywhere.
Ijoba said that something was wrong with him mentally and begged well-meaning Nigerians to help him in any manner they could to resurrect his career.
In the statement he made in the video, he said, "Good morning, Nigerians and people all over the world." I want to use this medium to thank everybody all over the world for their support, and I'm very sorry for all the troubles I put you through. My decision to commit suicide is a wrong move that is against the rule of God. I have nothing to hide anymore; I'm not okay in my head, and I'm going through a lot. "Once again, I'm sorry for everything, please forgive me."
