Cristiano Ronaldo's mother, Dolores Aveiro, has responded to rumors that she used witchcraft on her son's girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez.
In 2016, when they first met in Madrid, Ronaldo began dating the Spanish-Argentine model Rodriguez.
After the 38-year-old legend ended his contract with Manchester United and joined Al Nassr in January, they are presently living together in Saudi Arabia.
Aveiro allegedly used witchcraft to separate the couple, according to a recent report in a Portuguese newspaper.
Aveiro reportedly objected to Ronaldo's union with Georgina.
She reacted by denouncing the allegation as "false, slanderous, and even macabre."
She said that for the benefit of her family, her attorneys had been instructed to get the accusation against her removed.
She said that some of her grandkids, who are now reading and listening to people and critiques, would not be pleased with such news.
