Following his replacement in what seems to be his last game for Arsenal, Granit Xhaka became emotional.

At the conclusion of the current campaign, the 31-year-old midfielder is anticipated to leave Arsenal. 

According to reports, Granit Xhaka has decided to join Bundesliga team Bayern Leverkusen. 

In the Gunners' season-ending victory against Wolverhampton, the Swiss international scored twice in the first half. 

Xhaka was observed crying as he left the field after being substituted by Fabio Vieira.
