After losing 4-1 to Bournemouth over the weekend, Javi Gracia is said to have already been fired by Leeds United.
With just four games left, the 68-year-old, who has made a shocking comeback to football after almost two years, has been given the difficult job of keeping Leeds in the Premier League.
After a five-game losing streak, Leeds, who are now in 17th place, are barely above the relegation zone on goal differential.
According to reports, Allardyce has agreed to a minimum wage of £500,000 for his four games in charge, with a £2.5 million incentive if he can keep Leeds in the league.
Sam Allardyce thinks he can compete with Guardiola, Klopp, who has led Liverpool to Premier League and Champions League titles, and Arteta, who has led the Arsenal team to the top of the league.
"I might be 68 and look old and antiquated but there's nobody ahead of me in football terms. Not Pep, not Klopp, not Arteta. It's all there with me. They do what they do and I do what I do.
"In terms of knowledge, I am not saying I'm better than them but I'm certainly as good as they are."
Sammy Lee, who Allardyce had hoped would help, is unable to do so since he was denied permission to skip jury service.
Allardyce's deputy will be former MK Dons, Charlton, and Oxford United manager Karl Robinson, while former Leeds striker Robbie Keane has also joined the coaching team.
The last two games of the season are against Tottenham, who are attempting to make the European playoffs, and a trip to West Ham, a former team of Allardyce's.
Leeds has lost five of its previous seven games, including a 4-1 defeat against Bournemouth on Sunday. Earlier this month, Leeds suffered losses of 4-1, 5-1, and 6-1 to Arsenal, Crystal Palace, and Liverpool, respectively.
