Oscar, a former Chelsea player, has created the possibility of an unexpected comeback by saying he "dreams" of playing for the Blues once again.
Between 2012 and 2017, the offensive midfielder played 203 games over five years with the team, scoring 38 goals and providing 36 assists.
He played for Jose Mourinho's squad that won the Premier League in 2014–15. While at Stamford Bridge, he also won the League Cup and Europa League.
Many people think the Brazilian's career in the top European leagues is over since he moved to Chinese Super League team Shanghai SIPG (formerly Shanghai Port FC) in 2016 for a £67 million deal and has been there ever since.
Oscar, who has not played since leaving Chelsea and has earned 51 appearances for Brazil, stated he would dearly want to rejoin the team.
To return to Chelsea is, of course, a dream for the 31-year-old, who spoke with talkSPORT. "It’s of course a dream to come back to Chelsea,' the 31-year-old told talkSPORT. 'Everyone knows the passion that I have for this club.
'I have a lot of good memories from there... I still have dreams to play for this team. So if I can come back to Europe or to Chelsea, then hopefully we can talk.'
