Jurgen Klopp has responded to ongoing transfer speculation of Mac Allister move to Liverpool.
The Argentina international has been linked to join the Reds in the summer.
Alexis Mac Allister wants to join Liverpool, but there are still certain elements that need to be worked out before complete personal terms can be agreed upon.
According to information, the talks will carry on for another two weeks. The club's sale will determine if Manchester United remains interested.
Jurgen Klopp has talked about the club's interest to refresh their midfield come next season.
It's been gathered that several senior players are ageing in the midfield department of the Reds, an Klopp will want to add young players.
When asked about Alexis Mac Allister deal, Klopp said: “I’ve nothing to say, no comment”.
It's understood that Roberto De Zerbi will face a huge challenge in trying to keep the Argentine midfielder.
Recall that Mac Allister scored the winner in Brighton's 1-0 win over Manchester United last night.
