After defeating Coventry City, Luton Town has now qualified for the Premier League.

Luton Town's rapid rise from non-league to the Premier League in only nine years has been a spectacular success story.

The Luton players displayed Tom Lockyer's jersey as they celebrated their championship win.

Tom Lockyer, the captain of Luton, collapsed during the Championship play-off final at Wembley, but was able to witness his team's promotion to the Premier League from the hospital while still in a stable condition.

Lockyer seemed to collapse as he attempted to get back up after falling to the ground unharmed while backpedaling early on against Coventry. Before being taken away on a stretcher, the defender was given medical care for a while.
