Manchester City fans invaded the pitch during their team's title celebration at Etihad

Manchester City fans flooded the pitch during their team's title celebration at the Etihad Stadium. 

If you recall Pep Guardiola side were crowned Champions of EPL after Arsenal defeat to Nottingham on Saturday. 

Meanwhile Manchester city faced Chelsea at the home in Sunday evening and Pep Guardiola handed rest to several players. 

It was a second team of Manchester City that face the Blues, where Julian Alvarez scored the only goal in the 12th minutes. 

During their title celebration, the fans took to the pitch and the stewards needed to get the players out of the area to safety. 

The Citizens are still in the race for the treble as they will face Inter Milan in the Champions League final and Manchester United in FA Cup final as well in coming weeks. 

Pep Guardiola side have now won the Premier League title for the third straight season in a row.
