Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, is now meeting with President Bola Tinubu in the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Tinubu watched a procession put on by the Guards of Honor when his car arrived at the mansion at 2:30 pm.
Later, he was welcomed by Emefiele, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, the Vice President Kashim Shettima, the Group Managing Director (GMD) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, and the Permanent Secretary of the State House, Tijjani Umar.
James Faleke, a member of the House of Representatives, and Wale Edun, a former finance commissioner for Lagos, were also there.
