But Osasuna pulled their equaliser just before the half time whistle was blown.

Then, Rodrygo once again scored his second in the game to make it 2-1 in the second half.

After the game, Florentino Pérez, the president of Real Madrid, was seen in the locker room congratulating the players on their triumph in the Copa del Rey final.

The President was seen speaking to several senior players in the team with smiles on their faces.

The team's third trophy of the year after winning the Club World Cup and European Super Cup was praised by Real Madrid's president.

Up next for Real Madrid will be their first leg Champions league clash with Manchester City on Tuesday night.

The Spanish side will be hoping to defend the trophy when they host Pep Guardiola's men this week.
