After Liverpool's 1-1 draw with Aston Villa, Roberto Firmino bid an emotional farewell to Anfield.

Firmino scored the equalizer in the final moments of the match after James Milner and Firmino were put for by Klopp with Aston Villa leading 1-0. Both players will leave the club in the summer.

It was both his 110th and maybe last goal for the team.

At the sound of the final siren, Firmino was in tears as he bid the Anfield faithful farewell.

Alisson Becker, the goalie for the Reds and a fellow countryman, was hugging him at that time and offering comforting words after their extraordinary winning streak together.

Additionally, the Brazilian international was permitted to go around the field after the game to feel the support of the Anfield crowd.

The Kop gave Firmino, who joined Liverpool in 2015, a standing ovation and sang the slogan that has become associated with his name.

In fact, throughout his eight years on Merseyside, Firmino played a crucial role in the club's Champions League victory in 2019 and their first Premier League championship in three decades the following season.

He leaves the team along with Milner, Naby Keita, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, all of whom were crucial to the club's comeback under Klopp.
