Football fans have criticized commentator Martin Tyler for making a remark that some have deemed to be "racist" during Sunday's 4-3 victory against Tottenham at Anfield.
The remark in issue was made when Cody Gakpo of Liverpool was fouled by Son Heung-min of Spurs.
Gakpo was pushed away from the ball by Son, who scored Tottenham's second goal during the game, as the Liverpool player surged upfield on the counter-attack.
Tyler, a seasoned individual, was overheard comparing Son's defense to "martial arts" during Sky Sports commentary.
Tyler provided color commentary for Liverpool's victory against Tottenham, which saw the Reds come from behind to win at Anfield with a goal from Diogo Jota in the 93rd minute.

Another fan said 'Martin Tyler saying "martial arts" after Son grabbed Gakpo is not a good look.'
While another fan said: 'Martin Tyler's "martial arts" comment about Son's yellow card was disgusting, xenophobic and racist, not happy.'
