Southampton becomes first club to be relegated from EPL after 2-0 defeat to Fulham with two games left to play

Southampton have been relegated from the Premier League following their defeat to Fulham. 

The Players will have themselves to blame with their performance this season, letting their fans down as well. 

After an 11-year stay in the Premier League, Southampton has been demoted.

Southampton is demoted from the Premier League as a result of Fulham's facile victory, which is confirmed by goals from Carlos Vinicius and the returning Aleksandar Mitrovic. 

Despite having two games left to play, the Saints will not be able to get the maximum points required for survival.
