UEFA goofs on their finalist for Champions League in Instabul

UEFA made a mistake on Wednesday night when its Twitter account posted a graphic depicting Real Madrid and Inter Milan as Champions League champions only hours before they took on Man City in the second leg of their semi-final.

The tweet, which has now been removed, was inadvertently published two hours before to kickoff at the Etihad Stadium and included a link to a drawing for tickets to the final in Istanbul later this month.

'Be there for the final - win tickets today!' was written under a graphic that featured the Champions League trophy with the emblems of Real Madrid and Inter Milan on its left and right, respectively.

The actual tweet read: "'The finalists are confirmed and the scene is set. Answer 5 questions correctly for the chance to head to Istanbul!''

It is obvious that UEFA has prematurely published this, and the organization has also created a mock-up graphic for Man City in the event that they defeat Carlo Ancelotti's team in tonight's semi-final.
