Just recently, the American rap phenomenon 21 Savage ignited online discussion after collaborating with the Grammy Award-winning Nigerian artist Burna Boy on the song Sitting on Top of the World.
This happened after the rapper vehemently said on his Instagram account that he wouldn't be featuring any African artists till further notice.
Even though he did not go into depth about his anger, people immediately claimed that it was caused by the negative perception of his Burna Boy collaboration.
Since the song's debut, it hasn't reached the expected peak, which has sparked a huge response from fans.
His words:“Not featuring any artist from Africa again smh”
