Declan Rice is the subject of Arsenal's third offer after their second deal for the West Ham United player was rejected.
Declan Rice is the target of Arsenal's third proposal after their current offer of £90 million, including add-ons, was rejected.

The initial £80 million offer from Arsenal and the subsequent £90 million offer this week were both turned down. West Ham is still expecting £100 million, and they think Manchester City is considering a counteroffer.

It's been heard that the reports have suggested interest in City, as well as teams like Chelsea and Manchester United.

Rice is presently on vacation after finally capping a lengthy season with a couple of games this week while serving abroad.

Over the past year, the 24-year-old has played 50 times for West Ham and 11 times for England.

With Sami Mokbel reporting that Arsenal is willing to reach Rice's £100 million valuation and that their subsequent bid will be closer to that amount, The Daily Mail confirms that Arsenal will make a third offer for Rice.

According to Rice, he wants to sign with the Gunners and is still optimistic that he will do so by the end of the month.

Rice and Arsenal have already essentially agreed on their personal terms, which will be finalized at more than £200,000 per week if the two clubs agree on a fee.
