Arsenal's £80m bid for Declan Rice has been rejected by West Ham

Declan Rice proposal from Arsenal was promptly rejected by West Ham. 

According to reports, West Ham wanted more for their captain and rejected the Arsenal's £80 million total value offer. 

West Ham is willing to let its captain depart this summer, but only for a cost of about 100 million pounds. 

Declan Rice assisted West Ham United in beating Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final, giving them their first title in a long time.

However, Mikel Arteta prioritized the acquisition of Rice to serve as Granit Xhaka's successor as he prepares to sign with Bayern Leverkusen.
