The Brighton star Moises Caciedo has told Bayern Munich that he is not interested in moving to Germany and is determined to sign with Chelsea this summer.
Arsenal had two offers for the 21-year-old rejected during the January transfer window, and this week the Gunners ended their interest in him in favor of a move for Declan Rice, the captain of West Ham.
The midfielder's position is being actively watched by Manchester United as well, but according to Sky Germany, Caicedo has finally opted to join Stamford Bridge.
Bayern was also interested in acquiring the Premier League star, and talks about a transfer to the Allianz Arena were made with his management group.
'Final discussions' are reportedly ongoing, and Brighton is reportedly seeking for at least £100 million for one of its prized assets.
The club has been keen to get a long-term partner for Fernandez in the center of the field as both N'Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic are poised to depart west London this summer.
