The singer revealed this while speaking on the newest edition of the Drink Champs podcast, which is co-hosted by N.O.R.E and DJ EFN.
Davido's Banana Island estate was recently listed for sale after the singer allegedly relocated away with his wife after their child, Ifeanyi Adeleke, drowned in the residence's swimming pool.
Davido said that if he were to work in a sector other than music right now, he would chose real estate since it is profitable.
He said, “Real estate right now, I will say in Lagos. People have really been building some new dope infrastructures. Yeah, a very good investment, I’m telling you.
“You can buy a place for like $1.5 million…But you sell it for like $4 million. I will tell you, it is a very good investment. My new house I’m building now, for me and my wife, is by the beach; it’s at Eko Atlantic [city]. It’s quiet dope. A lot of good buildings. Amazing.”
