Al Hilal reportedly gave Mourinho an offer for a net income of €30 million per season to become their next manager, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Portuguese head coach declined the offer, nevertheless, saying that he needed to concentrate on his work at AS Roma.
Last season, Mourinho guided Roma to their second straight European championship game.
But after a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes, they lost to Sevilla 4-1 on penalties in the UEFA Europa League final.
Massimiliano Allegri, the manager of Juventus, had been targeted by Al Hilal before Mourinho, but the Italian had also rejected the offer.
